About the service
Motion for Mind provides flexible, structured and non-clinical ADHD coaching for adults aged 18 or over who already hold a formal ADHD diagnosis. Coaching may support goals, routines, organisation, motivation, communication, confidence and workplace barriers. It does not assess or diagnose ADHD and is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical advice, medical treatment or emergency support.
Information, not a personal recommendation
Website content is general information about the service. It does not determine whether coaching is suitable for a particular person and does not replace advice from an appropriately qualified health, legal, financial, employment or other professional.
Introductory conversations
An introductory conversation may be used to explain boundaries, discuss the support being sought and consider suitability. It does not create a paid coaching contract or funded entitlement. Coaching begins only after the parties have confirmed the relevant service agreement.
Flexible service arrangements
Programme length, session frequency, delivery method, outcomes, cancellation arrangements and commercial terms may vary between individuals and referral pathways. They are confirmed in writing before delivery. Nothing on the public website fixes a universal number of sessions or publicly offers a particular price.
Funded referrals
A referral, enquiry or self-referral does not guarantee eligibility, funding or acceptance. The relevant funding or referral organisation is responsible for its own criteria and decisions. Motion for Mind begins funded delivery only after the authorised scope, participant arrangements and payment route have been confirmed.
WorkWell Newcastle applications are made through the official Newcastle Futures form. WorkWell assesses eligibility and decides whether a funded opportunity is appropriate. Motion for Mind does not control that form or decision.
Confidentiality and reporting
Any reporting to an employer, referrer or funder is limited to the valid purpose and agreed arrangement. Confidential coaching notes are not included in routine reporting. Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or proportionate action is necessary in response to a serious safeguarding or immediate safety concern.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious material, impersonate another person, make a knowingly false statement or submit information about another person without a proper basis and their knowledge where required.
Outcomes and liability
Coaching cannot guarantee a particular personal, employment, health, funding or financial outcome. People remain responsible for their decisions and actions. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Future online sales
If private online purchasing is introduced, the checkout and service agreement will provide the required description, total price, payment and delivery arrangements, cancellation rights and other consumer information before an order is placed. These website terms will be reviewed before that feature is activated.
